A brand, website and booking portal for a new airport shuttle service

Project overview

Dublin Shuttles came to us as an idea: a reliable, bookable shuttle service for Dublin Airport. We created the brand from scratch, built the website, and then built the booking portal that the whole operation runs on.

Challenge

A shuttle business lives or dies on getting the details right. The right pickup, the right terminal, the right driver, every time. And it has to work for one-off travellers and for companies booking for their staff. The portal had to handle:

Travellers who know their flight number but not their terminal
Corporate clients who want to see and manage all their team's bookings
An operations team assigning jobs to drivers, and changing them at short notice
Busy periods when the in-house team can't cover every job

What we built

We built the booking portal around the people who use it every day: customers, corporate clients, the operations team and drivers.

Bookings

Online booking, with the terminal filled in automatically from the flight number
Corporate accounts, approved by the team, where companies can see past and upcoming jobs, download invoices and book new trips
An enquiry system for group and custom requests
Email and SMS confirmations

Operations

An admin view to assign and reassign drivers
A page for every job, so edits and cancellations are handled in one place
A driver pool: when no in-house driver is free, the job goes out by email or SMS and can be claimed in one click
