AI training
AI training your team will actually use
Hands-on workshops built around your own work, your brand and your tools. Not a slideshow. Not a demo.
What it is
How we approach AI Training for Marketing Teams
Most AI training falls flat for one reason. It's generic. A room full of people watches someone type into ChatGPT, nods along, then goes back to work and does things the way they always did. Ours is different because we use these tools every day in our own marketing and web work. Every session is built around your team's real tasks: the social posts, the ad copy, the blog briefs, the monthly report. People bring their own work and leave with it done, plus the prompts and templates to do it again. We cover the skills that make the difference between average output and genuinely useful work, and we show you where AI gets things wrong. We also cover safe use, so your team knows what can go into an AI tool and what can't.
Formats
Pick the format that fits
In person at your office or ours, or online. Every format is tailored to your team before we start.
| Kick-off workshop | Hands-on day | Team programme | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Length | Half a day | One full day | Six weekly sessions |
| Best for | Teams new to AI, or getting everyone to the same starting point | Marketing teams ready to use AI properly across their work | Teams who want AI built into how they work, week after week |
| What it covers | The basics done well, safe use, and quick wins on real tasks | Content, social, ads, SEO and reporting, using your own work | Everything in the day, applied to live projects, with feedback between sessions |
| You leave with | A confident team and a starter prompt library | Prompts, templates and a brand voice setup for your tools | AI built into your team's routines, plus measurable time saved |
Group sizes are kept small so everyone gets hands-on time. Bigger team? We run more than one session.
What we cover
The skills that make the difference
Every session is tailored, but these are the building blocks.
-
Prompting that works
How to brief AI like you'd brief a good freelancer. Context, examples, tone and structure. The difference between average output and work you'd actually use.
-
Your brand voice, built in
Setting up projects and custom assistants with your brand guidelines, products and past work, so drafts sound like you from the start.
-
Content and social at speed
Blog briefs, social calendars, captions, email copy and repurposing one piece of content into ten. Faster, without sounding like a robot.
-
Ads and SEO
Ad copy variations, audience ideas, keyword research, page briefs and FAQs. Plus how AI search is changing how people find businesses.
-
Research and reporting
Competitor research, customer insight, summarising data and turning a monthly report from a day's work into an hour.
-
Using it safely
What data can and can't go in. How to fact-check AI's work. Spotting when it's confidently wrong. Simple rules your team can follow.

- 04
Follow up
A check-in a few weeks later to answer questions, fix what's not working and plan the next step.

FAQ
AI Training for Marketing Teams questions
-
Do our team need any AI experience?
No. We pitch each session to where your team is. If some people are already using AI and others haven't started, the kick-off workshop gets everyone to the same place.
-
Which tools do you train on?
Whatever your team uses or plans to use. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. The skills carry across. If a different tool would suit you better, we'll talk it through with you.
-
Is it only for marketing teams?
Marketing is where we're strongest, because it's what we do every day. But we also run sessions for sales teams and office staff, focused on their own work. And we run one-to-one sessions for managing directors, on how they run the business day to day: operations, reporting, admin and the decisions on their desk.
-
In person or online?
Either. In person tends to work best for hands-on sessions, at your office or ours in Dublin. Online works well for spread-out teams and the weekly programme.
-
Does this help with the EU AI Act?
The AI Act expects businesses that use AI tools to take steps to build their staff's AI literacy. Practical training is a sensible way to do that, and you get a record of what was covered. It's a solid start, not legal advice.
-
Is there funding?
It's worth checking. Skillnet Ireland runs subsidised AI training, and small businesses that have completed a Digital for Business project with their Local Enterprise Office may qualify for the Grow Digital Voucher, which can part-fund software setup and training. We'll help you check what applies.
