AI workflows & automation
Take the repetitive work off your team
Lead follow-up, reporting, content and admin, automated. With a person approving every step that matters.
What it is
How we approach AI Workflows & Automation
Every business has them. The tasks that take an hour every day and need no real thinking. Copying enquiry details into the CRM. Pulling numbers together for the Monday report. Turning one blog post into a week of social posts. Writing the same follow-up email for the fifth time. AI is now good enough to take most of that work off your plate. Not by replacing anyone, but by doing the first 80% so a person can check it and send it. We find the tasks worth automating, build the workflows using the tools you already have, and make sure a person signs off on anything that goes to a customer. Everything is documented, so you're never stuck depending on us. We start small, prove it saves time, then build from there.
Where it pays off
Workflows we build most often
Every business is different, but these are the ones that tend to save the most time.
-
Enquiry handling
New enquiries summarised, scored and sent to the right person, with a suggested reply drafted and the details logged in your CRM.
-
Sales follow-up
Follow-up emails drafted in your voice when a lead goes quiet, ready for a person to check and send.
-
Reporting
Weekly and monthly numbers pulled together and summarised clearly, so the report takes an hour, not a day.
-
Content pipelines
One blog post or video turned into social posts, emails and captions, drafted in your brand voice and queued for approval.
-
Website updates
On sites we build in code, routine content changes can be requested in a normal message and checked before they go live.

Admin and inbox
Meeting notes, action lists, inbox triage and document drafts. The small jobs that add up to hours every week.

How we work
The process
- 01
Find the hours
We look at where your team's time goes and pick the tasks where automation will make a real difference.
- 02
Build one
We start with a single workflow, built around the tools you already use, and test it on real work.
- 03
Prove it
We measure the time saved and check the quality with your team. If it's not earning its keep, we change it.
- 04
Build out
Once one works, we add the next. Everything documented, and your team trained to run it.

FAQ
AI Workflows & Automation questions
-
Will customers get emails written by a robot?
Not without a person checking them. For anything that goes to a customer, AI drafts and a person approves. The goal is to save your team time, not to hand your reputation to a machine.
-
What tools do you use?
Whatever fits. Often that's the AI tool you already pay for, connected to your email, CRM or documents, sometimes with an automation tool like Zapier or Make in between. We avoid adding new subscriptions unless they're worth it.
-
What if it breaks?
Every workflow is documented and tested before it goes live, and it fails safely: if something goes wrong, the task lands with a person rather than disappearing. We can also look after your workflows on an ongoing basis.
-
Do we own what you build?
Yes. The workflows run in your accounts, and the documentation is yours. You're never locked in to us.
-
How do we know it's worth it?
We measure it. Before we build, we estimate the time each task takes. After, we check what's been saved. If a workflow isn't earning its keep, we change it or switch it off.
-
Where should we start?
Usually with the most repetitive task that doesn't need much judgement. Enquiry handling and reporting are common first wins. If you're not sure, an AI readiness review will find them.
