What it is

How we approach AI for Business

Most businesses we talk to are in the same spot. A few people use ChatGPT on their own. Nobody's sure what's allowed. Results are hit and miss, and the time savings everyone promised haven't shown up. That's not a tools problem. It's a setup and skills problem. We use AI across our own work every day, from writing and research to building websites and reporting. So we teach it the way it's actually used in a busy business, not the way it looks in a demo. We start with your team and your work. Train people on the tasks they do every week. Pick the tools that fit, and set them up with your brand, your knowledge and your rules built in. Then build the workflows that save real hours, with a person checking every step. And we'll show you what AI is good at, and what it isn't. We also work one to one with managing directors. That's not about marketing. It's about how you run the business day to day: operations, reporting, admin, sales and the decisions that land on your desk.

Why learn it from us

Taught by people who use it every day

We're not AI theorists. We're a marketing and web agency that's rebuilt how we work around it.

  • Real work, not demos

We use AI in our own client work every day, for writing, research, reporting and building websites. We teach what actually holds up in a busy week.

  • Marketing and operations

For marketing teams, it's content, social, ads, SEO and reporting. For managing directors, it's how the whole business runs: operations, finance reporting, admin and sales.

  • The right tool, not our favourite

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot. We'll recommend what fits how you already work, and if you don't need anything new, that's fine too.

  • Safe and sensible

What data can go in and what can't. How to check AI's work. Clear rules your team can follow, and a record of the training they've had.

  • Your brand built in

We set up your tools with your brand voice, your products and your knowledge, so the output sounds like you from the first draft.

  • A conversation first

We start with a chat about your business and your team, then pick what's worth doing now and what can wait.

FAQ

AI for Business questions

  • Do you work with managing directors directly?

Yes. We sit down with you one to one and go through how the business actually runs. Operations, reporting, admin, hiring, sales and the decisions you make every week. Then we look at where AI can take work off your plate, and set it up so you use it. It's a different conversation to marketing, and for a lot of owners it's where the biggest time savings are.

  • Where should we start?

For most businesses, a hands-on training session. It gets your team using AI properly on real work straight away, and it shows quickly where the bigger opportunities are. If you want a full plan before anything else, start with an AI readiness review.

  • Should we use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot?

It depends on how you already work. If your business runs on Microsoft 365, Copilot may make sense. If you're on Google Workspace, Gemini is built in. For writing and marketing work, many teams prefer ChatGPT or Claude. We'll recommend what fits, and we're not tied to any of them.

  • Is our data safe?

It can be, with the right setup. Business plans for the main AI tools let you keep your data out of model training and control who sees what. We set those up properly, and the training covers what should and shouldn't go into an AI tool.

  • Does the EU AI Act affect us?

If your business uses AI tools, the AI Act expects you to take steps to build your staff's AI literacy. Practical training is a sensible way to do that. Our sessions cover safe and responsible use, and you get a record of what was covered. It's not legal advice, but it's a solid start.

  • Is there funding available?

Sometimes. Small businesses that have completed a Digital for Business project with their Local Enterprise Office may qualify for the Grow Digital Voucher, which can part-fund software setup and training. Skillnet Ireland also runs subsidised AI training. Rules change, so we'll help you check what applies before you commit.

  • Will AI replace our staff?

That's not how we approach it. The goal is to take the repetitive work off your team so they can spend more time on the work that needs a person. Judgement, relationships and ideas still come from people.
