Moneycube

Moneycube makes investment and pension advice simple and online. With €300m under advice and 7,000 customers, the business had outgrown a manual onboarding process and an old web app. We started with the website, then built the platform behind it: a digital fact-find that gathers everything an adviser needs, and an admin portal for the team to review and approve new clients.

Financial advice comes with a lot of questions. Income, pensions, goals, attitude to risk. Ask for all of it upfront, behind a sign-up wall, and people walk away. But a regulated firm needs every answer, every version of its terms, and a clear record of what each client agreed to. The platform had to do both:

• Make a long, detailed fact-find feel simple, on any device
• Never lose a prospect who stops halfway
• Record terms and conditions acceptance properly, version by version
• Hand each new client to the right adviser, with everything synced to the CRM

Our first recommendation was to remove the sign-up wall. Instead of asking people to register before they start, the fact-find opens straight away and captures an email on the first step. If someone stops, they're still a lead, and they can pick up where they left off.

We built moneycube.ie around the people Moneycube serves: first-time investors, people building wealth, mid-career professionals, the self-employed and those approaching retirement. Each gets a clear path to the right service, and every page leads to one place: start now. It works as well on a phone as it does on a laptop, which matters when most people first look at their pension on the sofa.

The website and fact-find are live, and our work with Moneycube is ongoing. We're working continuously on future updates and developments with the team. They're confidential for now, but they're extremely good, and we can't wait to share them.
