Project
Overview

The European Milk Forum (EMF) is a non-profit organisation playing a central role in driving the strategic development, management, and exchange of integrated information initiatives on milk and dairy across Europe. EMF brings together nine national dairy organisations, including the National Dairy Council in Ireland, AMA in Austria, CNIEL in France, Initiative Milch in Germany, and Swissmilk, to highlight the role of dairy in healthy diets and the sector’s positive contribution to society and the environment.

Challenge

Challenge

The European Milk Forum needed a website that could serve a multi-stakeholder, pan-European audience clearly and credibly. The existing site did not reflect the scale of the organisation or the breadth of its work, and it was not built to support the kind of nutrition science, sustainability, and event content the Forum produces.

The focus areas included:

  • Building a website that reflected the standing of the organisation across nine member countries
  • Creating a clear structure for a broad and diverse audience
  • Supporting publication of webinars, events, research, and member content
  • Establishing a foundation that could scale with the Forum’s work

Strategy

Rooftop Twenty Two delivered a new website for europeanmilkforum.com, designed around the audiences the Forum serves and the content it produces.

Web Design & Development

  • Conducted discovery sessions to understand the Forum’s audiences and content needs
  • Designed a clear information architecture across nutrition, sustainability, member organisations, and events
  • Built a content management system the team could maintain independently
  • Created templates designed to scale with the Forum’s growing content output

04

Impact

The European Milk Forum has a digital home that reflects the scale of its work and the nine national dairy organisations it represents. The new site supports webinars, research publication, and stakeholder engagement across the continent.
